While questioning my policy and asking questions, during a phone call; I was asked to "calm down" and "let me talk", by the agent I was talking to. I wasn't yelling, nor was I speaking over him. I had general concerns over my policy. He was rude and unwilling to listen to me, his client. I wouldn't recommend this company, if my likelihood depended on it.
